Kitware, Inc. is a small software company seeking talented software professionals with experience in medical image analysis, image processing, 3D graphics, graphical user interface, visualization, computer vision, software process and tools, and/or scientific programming. Applicants must have experience in C++ and demonstrated software development skills.
We are looking for candidates who are willing to work in a small company environment, show flexibility in work assignments and demonstrate high levels of independence and responsibility. Openings are available at both Kitware's Clifton Park, NY and Chapel Hill, NC offices.

Computer Vision Software Engineer
Strong software skills (C++ or Java), works with Technical Leadership to develop leading edge computer vision software solutions.
MS or BS degree with experience in video processing, video surveillance and/or computer vision. US Citizenship or Green Card holders are preferred.
Medical Imaging Software Engineer
Strong software skills (C++), works with Technical Leadership to develop leading edge medical imaging solutions.
MS or BS degree, with experience in image processing, medical image analysis, DICOM, ITK and/or VTK.
Software Developer
Expert C++ software developer, in-depth knowledge of the software build process including a variety of compilers and their quirks, and software quality processes such as TDD and extreme programming. Position entails working with external customers and internal projects establishing, enforcing and extending Kitware's quality software process.
MS or BS degree with demonstrated experience and accomplishments. Candidates must have CMake/CDash experience.
Advanced OpenGL Programmer
Works with Technical Leadership to develop advanced visualization and image processing solutions. Candidates should be expert OpenGL programmers with CUDA and GPU experience. MS or BS preferred.
